How does Trusty Worldwide work?

You tell us what you need. We send you 3 to 5 pre vetted candidates within 72 hours. You interview them on Zoom, pick the one you want, and they start within a week. You pay Trusty Worldwide a flat monthly rate as a 1099 contractor. We handle payroll, compliance, HR, and ongoing management. You just get the work done.

Where is your talent located, and why Egypt?

All of our talent is based in Egypt. Primarily Cairo and Alexandria. We chose Egypt because it produces a unique combination of qualities that no other talent market offers: universities accredited by U.S. and U.K. institutions (AUC, BUE, GUC, MIU), C1/C2 English fluency taught from childhood, a time zone that perfectly overlaps U.S. business hours, and a work culture that prizes loyalty and long term relationships. Read the full breakdown on our Why Egypt page.

How much does it cost?

Our talent is priced at a flat $4 to $8 per hour, depending on role and seniority. No setup fees, no long contracts, no hidden markups. Compare that to $35 to $75/hour fully loaded for an equivalent U.S. employee. You pay the monthly rate for as long as the placement is working for you, and you can cancel anytime.

What about the accent? Will my customers notice?

Almost never. Our team members are educated in English from grade school through university, and we test every candidate to C1 or C2 fluency before placement. Many speak with a neutral or near American accent. Before you ever interview someone, we send you a recorded English sample so you hear exactly how they sound. The single most common feedback we get from new clients is: "I thought they were American."

Will they actually work during my business hours?

Yes. Cairo is 7 hours ahead of EST and 10 hours ahead of PST. Our team members shift their schedule to match yours. They work evenings in Cairo, which means they're live and responsive during your exact business hours, Monday through Friday. This isn't "overlapping hours" or "async." It's real, live presence in Slack, on Zoom, on the phone, from 9 AM to 5 PM your time.

What if it doesn't work out?

Free replacement, no questions asked. If at any point in the first 90 days the placement isn't working, for any reason, we'll source and onboard a replacement at no cost. After 90 days, replacements are still included as long as you remain a Trusty client. Our retention rate is 94%, so this rarely comes up, but the policy is there, in writing, from day one.

What kinds of roles can you fill?

Executive assistants, administrative assistants, bookkeepers, accountants, marketing managers, social media specialists, cold callers and appointment setters, full stack developers, designers (graphic, interior, UX), video editors, customer support reps, data entry specialists, HR coordinators, project managers, paralegals. And dozens more. If the role is remote capable and computer based, we can almost certainly staff it. See the full list

How fast can you place someone?

Most clients receive their first shortlist within 48 to 72 hours of the discovery call. First interviews happen that same week. Onboarding typically takes 3 to 5 business days after you've made a selection. End to end, expect your new hire to be working on your account within 7 to 10 days of the first call. Urgent placements can move faster.

Do I have to pay payroll tax or offer benefits?

No. You hire Trusty Worldwide as a 1099 contractor. We handle the employment relationship entirely. Payroll, benefits, taxes, compliance, equipment, HR issues. All of it. Your accountant just sees a single monthly invoice from a U.S.-based LLC. That's it. No W 2s, no I 9s, no workers' comp, no 401(k) administration, no health insurance. None of it.

How do you vet candidates?

Every candidate goes through an eight step vetting process: education verification (U.S./U.K. accredited universities only), English proficiency testing (C1 or C2), role specific skills assessment, personality and culture fit interviews, reference checks with prior employers and professors, work environment audit (internet, hardware, workspace, backup power), a paid trial project reviewed by our senior team, and ongoing quarterly performance reviews. Fewer than 3 in 100 applicants make the cut.

What tools and equipment does my new hire have?

Every Trusty team member works on a personal high spec computer, with fiber optic internet, a backup 4G/5G hotspot, and battery backup power. We verify all of this in our work environment audit before placement. If your role requires specific paid software (Adobe, QuickBooks, Salesforce, etc.), we can include licensing in the monthly rate or coordinate access through your accounts. Your preference.

Can I give them access to sensitive company data?

Yes. With confidence. Every team member signs a comprehensive NDA and confidentiality agreement before placement. We recommend all standard security practices: password managers, 2FA on every account, scoped permissions, and audit logs. Many of our clients trust their Trusty hires with financials, client lists, strategic plans, and proprietary systems. Treating them exactly like in house staff.

What if I want to scale up or add more roles?

You can scale at any time. Most clients start with one hire, see the value, and add 2 to 5 more over the next 6 to 12 months. Every new role goes through the same fast shortlist process. Many clients end up building entire departments with Trusty. Sales teams, operations teams, support teams. At a fraction of what a U.S. buildout would cost.

Who do I talk to if something goes wrong?

Every client has a dedicated Trusty account manager (based in the U.S. or Egypt) who handles escalations, performance coaching, replacements, and any issue that comes up. You never have to chase responses or open support tickets. One phone call, one email. Problem solved.

Is this legal? Is this ethical?

Fully legal and fully ethical. Trusty Worldwide is a U.S.-based LLC headquartered in California. All Egyptian team members are employees or long term contractors of Trusty, paid fairly (above local market rates), treated with dignity, and given opportunities for training and advancement. You're not dodging U.S. labor law. You're hiring a U.S. company that happens to staff its roles with global talent. Completely standard business practice.
